There is a belief out there that those who are really creative are disorganized and scatterbrained. The depiction that usually comes to mind is a painter whose home is a mess that can’t remember even the most basic family things. They just can’t live normally because their creativity doesn’t let them. That’s honestly a character. Maybe in the past, some people did that, but only rich people. Most people now do not have the means to do that. And it’s not even necessary to live like that to actually be creative and successful at it.

For most people, creativity is not the first thing they think of when they think about self-care. But it can be one of your creative hobbies that give you the time and space to rest, and allow the space to work things out. And some of your wellness can be taking away the things that do not bring you joy and can be taken away to give space for other things that are important.

Don't you get tired of all the noise? Of everyone's "advice"? Cause I am. You can go around looking and asking for others' opinions and knowledge. But in the end its your choice. You know what is best for you; and what your wants and needs are.

Courage: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.
Creativity:the ability to create and to make new things or think of new ideas.
That is it. Nothing more. No long list of prerequisites to have it or do it. You choose what you do with it.
