It’s great there is research out there looking at the good and bad about everything. But people do not know that they have sometimes have to make it very simple to get actual results. Also, that when others talk about it (ie the media) they have to cut it down so much to make an article out of it. To the point where the main parts are missing. Or they take parts out that make it sound like their opinion is right.

But there are some things they do, that they think are perfectly fine to do, which are not. Sometimes it’s outright rude and they don’t know. This may be just something for yourself to keep an eye out so you can bring it up yourself. Or just send this to the extrovert in your life and I can tell them.
